外贸确认订单主要是向买家核对哪些内容（跟客户确认订单时提前询问这些重要信息）

　　昨天写到，拼柜的时候我们应该提前核实哪些重要信息。今天来提醒下大家，在跟新客户确认订单的时候也应该要核实哪些内容，以方便后续出货的操作。,　　Dear XXX,,　　Wish you a good day.,　　For this order (Invoice numbe: XXX), would you please kindly check below questions? And then we could proceed the order well while we arrange the shipment.,　　Questions for Documents:,　　Do you need any special documents or certificates for your customs clearance?,　　We normally will send documents to our other customers as below.,　　1/ Full set Original Bill of Lading,　　2/ Three Packing list,　　3/ Three Commercial Invoice,　　4/ Certificate of Origin,　　Questions for Shipment:,　　1/ Could you please kindly send us the shipping forwarder information in advance?,　　2/ Do you need Telex Release Bill of Lading or original Bill of lading in paper version?,　　3/ What is the complete information of CONSIGNEE showing in B/L?,　　4/ Is the NOTIFY ADDRESS same as CONSIGNEE?,　　5/ What is the "PLACE OF DELIVERY" or DESTINATION PORT?,　　6/ What is the "DESCRIPTION" should be shown on Bill of lading?,　　7/ How is the shipment of our goods?,　　If sending by LCL or FCL, please kindly send us your shipping forwarder information in advance.,　　If sending by mixing container, may I know how many suppliers' goods will be mixed in one container? Is it 20GP/40GP/40HQ? Who will be in charge of this shipment?
